Sarah graduated in 2016 from Professional Institute of Massage Therapy and has since been expanding her knowledge and education further. His love for mountains and the outdoors brought him to Calgary in the fall of 2020, where he now spends most of his downtime hiking, biking, skiing, and running, while occasionally touring the local farmers markets. He had a love for sport from an early age, where he eventually specialized in rugby, before deciding to hang it up early after a concussion led him to the world of osteopathy. Josh was born in a small town in Quebec, on a farm specializing in Maple Syrup and apple production. Josh has extended his education to specialize in ankle and foot problems, and visceral osteopathy- which helps restore balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems- allowing you to rest, digest, and heal better. In this way Josh works with any problem in the body, from post-concussion symptoms, digestive issues, to joint and muscle aches throughout the whole human machine. Simply put, a shoulder problem is rarely just a shoulder problem, and depends on motion of all joints and muscles attached to it. With a strong focus on balancing out tension throughout the body, Josh uses his palpatory skill to find and gently manipulate whatever area is causing the body to work abnormally.

Josh is a member in good standing with the Alberta Association of Osteopathic Manual Therapists (AAOMT) and OSTCAN-AB. Previous to this, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition with a minor in Kinesiology at McGill University in 2014. Josh graduated from a 4 year program in Manual Osteopathy at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario in early 2019.
